Adam groaned softly. "J-Jay?" he stammered, eyes unopened.

Adam hissed when he found there was a sharp pain every time he tried to breathe.

Jay bit his lip as they arrived at the hospital and they rushed Adam to the back, making Jay wait in the waiting room. Jay teared up as he pulled his knees up to his chest and waited for any news.

Becca happened to be working that day and saw them bring Adam in. She thought it best Jay wasn't alone. "Jason?" she said gently, walking over to him.

Jay just bit his lip as he continued to worry about Adam.
